All meals are delivered fresh and ready to heat, never frozen.
Heating
How do I heat the meals?
Meals are fully cooked — simply microwave for 2–3 minutes or warm them in the oven until heated through.
Can I freeze the meals?
Meals stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them for longer shelf life.
Delivery
When will my meals be delivered?
We deliver every Monday between 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

We currently serve the GTA.
